Check out our ministry opportunities!
Portside Children’s church is such an amazing ministry that our church offers for young families. Led by amazing volunteers, the kids experience a carousal of fun activities while also being taught the richness of God’s word. The morning consist of crafts, worship, bible story, snack time and play time in our indoor play room! While you are worshiping and studying God’s word in our main service, you can trust that your kids are safe and having a great time.
If you are a nursing mother, we also offer a nursing room in the back of our sanctuary and in the kids building. The rooms are equipped with comfortable rockers, changing stations, and various toys.
All check-ins begin 15 min prior to the start of any main church service.
All children are required to be checked in before participation.
Check-ins occur in the front lobby of the kids building.
Parents or guardians MUST receive a drop off/pick up sticker at check-in and MUST show that sticker at pick up.
If your child requires any special attention please inform one of our volunteers at check-in.
Location: All children’s church activities are located in the kids building in the middle of the property.
Time: Children’s Church begins at 11 am and will last until the main worship service has concluded.

Small group gatherings are an important part of our church life. We believe that when we make an effort to live life together regularly, our hearts are refreshed (Philemon 1:7) and we are able to fulfill the commands of Jesus to “love one another” in John 13:34. Life together is essential for the Christian and is the very thing that sustains our life in Christ.
Our Life Groups come in different shapes and sizes, which means there is a Life Group for you! The time together varies between groups but a time of fellowship and Bible study can be expected.
